I'm not sure how to read the message or maybe I don't want to see it. I have this friend, we used to ride horses together. We have started to talk again and have been planning to do some rides once again. She called me yesterday and asked if I wanted to do this ride which meant a LONG drive for me. Over two hours. And i didn't know the trails at all. I was feeling stressed about it. Our last ride together which was last year didn't go well at all - I didn't want to be around her from some reason.
My anxiety started to rise yesterday and when it came time for me to pick up the phone to tell her what time I could meet her, I had a panic attack. I had to take my valium to calm me down.
I feel it was my angels telling me "NO, do NOT do this." I don't know if I'm supposed to stay away from the person or just the long drive.
I picked up the phone during my panic attack and told her I couldn't go and she knew I was having a panic attack and was very nice about it and said to not worry, we don't need to go.
What are my angels telling me???

Yet, you are wondering what your angels are telling you.

Although I am being a smart-ass to make my point. The fact is your angels have already told you the answer to your question. They have given you the information you need. So take it and thank them.
All the information we ever need is always "Within" ourselves. That is where our angels reside. That is where they communicate with us if only WE WOULD LISTEN.

Listen to those angels and perhaps you will find out why they led you not to go.I have a friend who I was very close to or I thought anyway.She said and did some really horrible things to me and we didnt speak for years.Now we are speaking again and I have let things go.Trust is another issue though.I trust in God first and foremost.I have found that trusting in other people only gets me hurt.So I put my trust in my angels and they always lead me to the right place.If you didnt go sounds like you did the right thing.

What I'm not sure about is... I'm not sure if they are keeping from the friend OR the long trailer ride. That's what I'm not sure about. I have sort of made plans to ride with her this Monday but in my area of the valley. We'll see what happens. IF I start to have anxiety about it, then I'll know it's because of the person.
Because when we were planning the last ride, I was freaking out over what freeway to take etc.. So, I'm hoping it's because of the long drive.

Your angels are saying "NO. DO NOT DO THIS" to the entire situation (person and long drive).
Your body is confirming for you what your angels are telling you. I agree with Faye's advice for you.
