Well, I went to see my reiki master who is such a great and very intuitive guy. He did a cleasing and balancing session on me. Backing up a bit.... I went to our reiki healing circle last night - which I just love going to.
He went right to my solar plexis area and afterwards he said that he felt that all gets trapped there - emotions, stress, everything. And he said something else that I didn't remember until today.
After the cleansing and balancing, he said that I really wasn't blocked or unbalanced but that my solar plexis was WAY big and open. Probably making it very difficult to ground myself. He got from me that I'm not comfortable here and don't feel safe here on this plane and lifetime.
He's right. I have never felt comfortable and lately, I don't feel safe here. I have moments of panic actually from living here.
He really didn't give me too much information on how to "fix" this but he did say to go outside and stand on the earth and visualize roots coming out my feel and really connecting deep with mother earth.
anyone have anymore suggestions on how to feel "safe" here? I ask for help and guidance from my angels and guides everyday but I have not put it to them in those words.... "feeling safe here".
I am a star person and have always felt out of place here. I feel like I'm on my life path right now but I wish I felt comfortable and safe here as well.

Hi seablue, it sounds like you need to ground yourself, a very simple way of doing this, as well as doing what your reiki master has told you to do, is gardening - get your hands dirty and put deep into the earth.
Hope this helps

Seablue,
I almost did not read this posting. However something told me to. I don't think that your feeling "safe" here is all that unusual. Sorry if that seems patronizing. Moonspell's advice has merit. I've read that in addition to angels we have spirit guides of which some of the simplest to approach are those who tend to nature. Sooo gardening or just loving nature is a means of "being in the NOW".
Being in the "NOW" is a Bhuddist thing. Thich Nhat Hanh (sp) writes about fear and how to overcome it. OK OK I'll go down staris and find the book and its title. Please wait.....I'm back. Good thing I checked because I'd misspelled his name. Anyway, Thich (which is a title not a name) has written profusely. That is why I went to find the book in question. anyway the book in question is "Essential Writings". I suspect that there are lots and lots of books "The Bible" included which deal with this fear.
One more thing. Know that you are not alone.
I hope this helps. Can't hurt...

You know the funny thing is is that I've had this craving to go out and pull weeds in the flower garden. So, I did that and then I went over to our next door neighbor's and weeded her vegetable garden! LOL - I think she thinks I"m nuts.
I know all about the Buddist thing too I actually went to a zen center and loved it and I do miss it but it's 30 miles from my house and I can't drive there because of the gas prices.
Thanks for the name of the book - I'm going to get it.
