| I have struggled the past few years with a weight problem. I had always been slender until I hit 50....when I had chemo for bc I gained even more weight that won't seem to come off. I've developed knee problems and high blood pressure.I went to weight watchers several times and couldn't seem to stay on track...I've been beating myself up ..When I discovered this forum and began reading about angels (about 2 weeks ago) I realized that angels want us to be healthy and are ready to help with anything...So I asked my angels to help me eat healthier and to help me to get healthy and fit.. My husband and I ate out last night and I asked for them to help me not overdo..It seemed that I wanted different foods and did well...very well!..Late night eating has been a big problem. Last night I again asked for help. I again was successful. I'm amazed.. I am wondering why I waited so long to ask for help in this area. I feel in control ; I know my angels are there encouraging me...We are going to be victorious...This might seem like a small thing to some people, but it is huge to me...I'm getting my life back...Your angels are just waiting for you to ask.. thanks....I hate this puffed up feeling...I was SO thin my whole life...at 35yrs old I won a 'hot legs' contest and even the best 'butt' contest...but...NOT any more!....it was fun...and made me feel good...that was almost 20 years ago...ugh....keep us posted and lets see how healthy we can all get? ok?

Maureen, I too have struggled with my weight, but differently. I can't get over 100lbs! And my whole family has been nagging me all the time! I kept telling them that this is the way I was built. Slim and slender and sexy. HaHaHa!
Point is, I haven't been eating right too. And my battle right now is drinking soda. I should stay away from Coke and all that stuff but it's hard because I have an aunt who is addicted to Coke - seriously!!! She has stacks of them all over the house! And so the temptation is soooo great.
However, I did ask for help from my angels too. Since I'm starting my cleansing, everytime I open the fridge, I think about my angels. I would tell them to give me other options to drink--- And oftentimes they would lead me to water. I reach out for juice and chocolate and milk now.
So yes, angels are helping us, in every way they can when we ask for help.
I am with you with your transformation. We owe ourselves healthy bodies and healthy minds.
Dee, no matter what happens, you'll always be a "hot legs" winner, sweetie!

I'm simply amazed that I'm still eating healthy things...I seem to have lost the urge to buy junk (my worst temptation was sweets...pie and cake). This is nice . I just returned from the grocery store...and I wanted cabbage.....now that's a switch. So I'll cook cabbage for dinner...(my husband works out of town during the week, so I cook what I want.)
I knew angels wanted to help us, but I never asked for help in this area...
Let us know how it's going.
