I was attunded to Diamond energy healing a month ago by my friend Rae Duncan.
This was my experience. Rae guided me through many meditations. The first being
to imagine that my body was made of glass and with each inhale, I was to fill my
entire being with green healing energy.
Rae then had me focus on my third eye which began to vibrate, I could feel an angel
expanding my third eye until it was as big as a baseball. Rae then had me focus on
my heart chakra and through his guided meditation I expanded my heart chakra to
encompass the entire room. I felt such an outpouring of love it was truly amazing.
Rae then removed a blockage I had in my sacral chakra. Upon completion he had me
envision a large diamond hovering above my crown chakra. The next step was to
imagine sparks of light coming out from the diamond and cascading like a waterfall
down my entire body. Rae had me envision the sparks and waterfall becoming larger
and larger. As the diamond healing energy poured down my body I could feel my
entire body heat up. The diamond energy is very intense and powerful. It felt
astounding.
After 2 minutes Rae had my invision myself in a large egg of pure white light, the
diamond sparkling waterfall cascading into the egg of pure white light. After 3
minutes Rae had me visualize myself in minature standing next to the diamond and
touching it and absorbing all of it's pure white light of healing and love.
Rae then had me visualize myself walk into the diamond and look out of the diamond.
I could see all the shimmering facets of the diamond. It was so stunning.
After 5 minutes Rae had me exit the diamond and go back into my body. My body
felt electric, it was buzzing with the diamond energy. I felt so full of joy, love and I
was giddy with happiness.
I couldn't stop smiling and laughing. The diamond energy was such a wonderful
experience. I would highly recommend it. I work with the diamond energy at least
once a week. It helps to ground me and balance all of my chakras at the same
time.
