Please pray for me and my family. I am a massage therapist, who is dealing with a very greedy boss. She has completely turned things around in order for her to benefit. We are now expected to work more hours, for less money. And she insists that we aren't receiving a paycut. I am not a hostile person, but I am furious. I have gone from tons of faith in AA Raphael who has carried me through many tough times, to having absolutely no faith at all right now. I can't believe this is happening to me.
Please pray for something to give. Either my boss coming to her senses, or having another door open for me. As everyone knows these are rough economic times, there aren't many jobs out there. I am trying to be grateful for what I do have, but my husband is really making it difficult. I don't know where to turn.

Rita,
You do know where to turn because you have in the past.Dont shut off communication with your angels.They want to help.They cant if you dont ask.They are listening and waiting to step in.Please dont lose faith.I have been surprised over and over agin about things that have happened just because I asked.Pray now more than ever.Jobs are scarce but the right thing will happen for you.We love ya.

Rita,
I think Ellie has said it best...you must not lose your faith now. Your angels ARE with you. You must pray. Something I've learned over the years is that when one door closes, another opens. I'm a fervent believer in the cliche': 'EVERYTHING happens for a reason', there are no coincidences. Talk to God, talk to your angels....tell them what you're feeling. God and the angels are always listening. They want you to be happy and sucessful. I will pray that your situation improves.

as a Salon Owner I know that what she is doing is against the law refer to your contract or ask for a written statement with either or take it to you local authority
in the UK its acas
you cannot reduce someones hours and reduce thier pay but if its in your contract that they reserve the right to do this, then she is in the right.

Dear Rita,
Please do as atomic says about checking into that woman and your legal rights!
I'd also like to reply to your remark of 'losing' faith.....It is times like this that we need to have faith more than ever...that blind faith...knowing in your heart that God knows...better than you...why this is happening...He asks we 'have faith' and 'trust' in HIM for a reason.......and that includes trusting him when we feel we are being attacked in some way as you are now.......also like it was said...when one door closes....I've been in situations and seen many situations where this is hard to do...but please know there is a good reason for what you are going through right now...and please try to see the good side of it.....if you can't see the good side of it yet..please know and trust that HE will show it to you.........Have you been thinking about changing anything about this job lately? Have you been 'putting' ideas out to the universe about this job? or a different job? think deeply about your thoughts and feelings you have and see if you can't find some reasons...but I really truly feel something good will come of this....even though things seem grim right now....think of it as a new beginning coming instead of the end of something....find that faith......this is what 'faith' is all about.....we can't say we have it...unless we live it....trust Him Rita....and show Him how much faith you do have....It will please him immensely...

Hi Rita,
Have you thought that maybe your current experience is one of the "life lessons" you agreed to in your soul contract before you incarnated onto earth?
Some of our life lessons are difficult and tend to bring about a crisis in our life. However, it is these very lessons we signed up for that brings us the most spiritual growth for OUR highest good.
Maybe your life lesson is to learn to overcome fear, the kind of fear you are currently feeling during this experience.
Maybe your life lesson is to evaluate the current relationships you have with your employer and husband. Maybe you need to release yourself from one or both of these relationships because they are no longer serving your best interest.
Maybe your life lesson is to be financially independent through owning your own massage business. Maybe the only way you will take the necessary action to start your own business is by conflict arising in your current job with your current employer.
God, the universe and your angels (including AA Raphael) are here to provide you guidance and assistance during your life lesson. They have not abandoned you.
However, it is a bit difficult to hear them when you are gripped by fear. So my suggestion is to say the following mantra to help release your fear and embrace love. "I release all fear, I embrace love".
It is through love that we hear the communications of God, the universe and our angels crystal clear. .
Say the mantra to yourself over and over again until you feel all the fear dissipate, replaced by a feeling of love and joy. I use this mantra all the time and it does work.
Also, bless yourself. Send love to yourself and the situation. Love is the absolute highest vibration in the universe, so sending love works miracles.
Remember that your current situation is temporary, this too shall pass. When you get through to the other side and accomplish this life lesson you will feel stronger mentally, emotionally and especially spiritually.
