Hello Faye (((hugs)))
Here is how I cut cords.
Sit quietly and ask A A Michael to come and help you.
Ask him to cut all negative cords that are atached to you.
Visualise dark tubes on your back, sides and front.
As he cuts through them and they come away, send love through them to whomever they are attached to.
When all is done, thank A A Michael and feel how much lighter you are.
I hope this helps.

I thought we could do it ourselves...I thought you did this already Faye? Don't get too hung up on it....just do it and release the thoughts....I call on Michael every day to get me through things without 'bringing' them on and into my space...know what I mean?
Most of the time you can do all these things on your own...certainly find out before you go paying someone when it isn't needed!!! Besides, those of us here who can help with some of these things do it for free....so ask of us first!
I know there is literature out there to explain this issue....Even doing a 'google' will bring you to the right site for it......always remember to ask for your angels to guide you to the 'site' or place when seeking info about this stuff....

Well, you can do it yourself, but I prefer to have A A Michael do it cos angels know best lol
Unless you mean do it yourself as opposed to someone else do it for you.
Sometimes folk are so upset, uptight, frightened, worried etc, they just cannot do it for themselves, so it's best someone else does it for them.
I don't charge lol, others help me, so I help others.
I don't really know what else to tell you.
You may feel a difference in the atmosphere when A A Michael comes to help you.
Like a tingle ot itchy nose or face.
You may relax, feel your shoulders go down etc.
You may feel an energy, like a spirit near you.
You may see a flash of blue or an angel.
You may feel nothing.
When you think A A Michael is with you just ask for what you want and add "If it's meant to be" and "For my highest good"
Then just let him get on with it. Know, trust and believe that all the negative cords are being cut, visualise if you can, if you can't, no worries it is done.
When all is done, thank him and see how much better you feel.
Actually it's usually the following day I feel better.
Others have different ways of doing this, some have rituals.
This way works for me.
There is no right or wrong way.
If you have any questions I am happy to answer them.

I have done it a few times. But I still feel like I'm "stuck" with him.
Caroline said I should also cut his cords from me. Now I'm a bit lost with that. But I did try it once.

Is it harder to cut cords with someone you've had a past life with?
Oh, and thanks Mia! I'll try to PM you later if I can't still do it on my own. I sometimes feel "sucked" into an energy field not entirely mine, and the "shield yourself by imagining you're in an egg" process sometimes feel like it's too difficult for me.
Another question, Emma and Mia... How are you able to do it for someone else? Even without seeing the person? Because when we did the cord cutting before, I really felt the entire thing and could even see "mists" and the spark of white light in front of me.

If it makes you feel any better, you are not at all alone. I am still not completely cut from the girl that I've told you about before. It gets a little better everyday, with me bouncing like a sin wave that is getting less painful with each down time...
Time is the best cutter of chords, and the healer of all wounds, no matter how deep.

Faye I have had to cut cords sometimes when we have a strong connection....It felt to me as mine came back....Be strong you can do it I have faith in you....You've made it a long way....

hello my love I feel for you you can do this you can do this your stronger than you know.
You still feel the love thats why its so hard maybe you have to let him go so he can come to you that old saying is often true.
You will be fine your a saggy like me you will always come up smelling of roses
But be warned it may need to be done more than once as it only takes you sitting thinking of him to reatach them.

I think I want to do it Emma. I do it every night before I go to bed. And I send him healing energies too.
But then sometimes he'd pop into my head and I feel this really heavy energy which I'm starting to doubt is mine.
