Hi! I recently asked the same question and have no answer. I imagine it could be some type of blessing you extend to someone, but I wonder what happens as you gain it?

Hi, I've done some initial research into what mana is, unfortunately there isn't anything in the help section as you probably already know. I believe I remember seeing that it is a way of giving users positive feedback for their posts. I will be looking into it further and posting when I have a better explanation.

Hi,
I didn't realize I hadn't posted back on this. Soo, after a long thoughtful process,  , it is basically as I explained before. A way to express thanks and gratitude for someone's post, comments and/or help. In fact we may want to change the word 'mana' at some point since I don't have any real definition for it. I think it's a concept more then a word.
Some ideas might be - gratitude, thanks, blessings, Angel kisses, etc. Throw out some ideas and lets see what wonderful creative ideas people have.
In the end I think it is, like so many things, what we make of it. I think it's already being used as a thanks with gratitude and blessings and so 'mana' may already be the best concept/word we have to share our hearts.

Good news everyone. I also wondered what mana meant and appreciated your input. Please see "what is Reiki" at reiki-4-u.com. Hawaiins call cosmic energy mana. "Mana is the essential energy of all beings to live live healthy and happy lifes". In China it is called "Chi", "Ki" in Japan. I feel by offering one mana encompasses many feelings; such as a thank you, blessing, goodwill, compasion, etc.. Most importantly though, the energy that is sent with the mana can not be put in words. The energy is profound, intense, and positively pure.
I hope you all are surrounded by mana. Mia

| Soraya, Good Morning. I am happy to hear from you. We are all coping well. My granddaughte Raya is doing much better. She is eating, playing, and more at peace. I talk with her on the phone and she throws me kisses. I could hear her and sense she is adjusting. I have tried to pass on what I have experienced, learned, tapped into to all my children. When my children are having problems or are in distress I focus on the bright light all around them protecting them. I ask the universe, the angels, and saints to pray with me for there protection. When possible I ask others to pray with me. Thank you Soraya and all the angels here that have prayed for us. Everyday, I have experienced blessings from up above and all around.

| Dear Thomas, If you look at the definition below you in the lady's reply it clearly talks about your word "mana". I don't see where it goes along with your website for your angels. It seems out of context. Change it to something nice and angelic. Thanks

Mana: the supernatural force believed to live inside of a person....or thing...
the light force....the light of love....God is love....the healing light of God....all those things........

thanks grace......I'll have to check out the Hay House site...I haven't been on for a while.....great holiday gifts!
Have a fabulous Thanksgiving to you and all in the forum....and don't forget to pray for those who have no one with them........or are away at war....or out on the streets....with no home........we must pray for these poor poor people who suffer when in this country NO ONE should be without a roof over there heads ......a warm coat........and food for themselves or their children......NO child should have to wake up cold or hungry or without a tree or gifts on christmas morning....it doesn't matter if Christmas has been blown out of context and become a greedy ritual........and we all know what it is really about.............but for way TOO many children out there all they know is they love God too and they love Santa.....and to not have a tree or a gift or even a house to put them in is just wrong..........we need to start praying for these people and children....not just in other countries but our own as well....the children of this world have got to stop being the ones who suffer because the adults in this world are too ignorant to care.......they need many prayers every day.........and I hope if you can't give them gifts of toys.......you can always give them the gifts of prayers....we all know how strong and powerful they are...
