I would like to be able to just log in when I want to and stop receiving the emails. There is no unsubscribe that I can find!
I enjoy the forum, but don't want to receive any more email.

Dear Nightshade,
If you'll notice at the bottom of each page there is a 'watch' or an 'unwatch' button ....If you click on 'unwatch' you shouldn't recieve anymore e-mails...but, hopefully you will join in now and again...you explored the forum for a reason...why don't you share with us who you are and what you would want to get out of being here and sharing?

Hello,
As Dee beautifully explained each topic page has a watch/unwatch option. There is also an easy way to manage all your watched items on the forums at once.
First you must be logged in and click the 'My Account' button at the top of any page. Then...
For Forums: Click the tab 'Watched Forums' from there you have a choice of which forums to get email updates for and how. If you would like to change any of these just check or uncheck the box next to the appropriate forum and click the 'save' button at the bottom right to save your settings.
For Individual Topics: Click the tab 'Watched Topics' from there you have a choice of which topics to get email updates for. If you would like to remove any of these then just check the box next to the appropriate topic and click 'remove selected' at the top right of the window. (please note if you don't have any watched topics the page will be empty)
That should be it. You can change these any time you like
