Hi:
New to the board and I have a question that is just bothering me... Kind of a long story. I have always had anxiety but it's like it's been on the back burner forever. It's been there but it hasn't been a huge problem in my life. Until... I was attuned to Reiki 1. Then it exploded and I started to have BAD daily anxiety along with panic attacks that sent me to the ER once and to the Dr's office many times. They tried putting me on daily drugs but I couldn't take the side effects.
Last week I went to a Reiki master who did a healing session on me and when I left, I felt very calm and serene. He aslo suggested that I see someone who does past life regressions as he felt he couldn't release everythng with me. He felt that there is something buried DEEP inside me that has to do with fear. He said he feels like it could be in a past life. I was told that after a Reiki attunement, it could bring up things like this that need to be cleasned out. And for me, it was the anxiety and it's telling me to DEAL with it NOW.
I was given 3 names of people who I have been trying to get a hold of all week long. I stayed calm all week except the anxiety is starting to creep back in starting yesterday (Sat.). I got a hold of one lady who I didn't feel comfortable with just talking to her on the phone. She wanted me to commit to 6 sessions and give her 600.00. I didn't feel right with that so I said, "no thank you" to her.
There is one other person that I have responded to by email and I'm waiting for her to call me back.
Could PLR indeed help me with my healing journey? I'm also seeing a therapist who deals with anxiety. We just started two weeks ago. We hit on fear part last week and I didn't know where it is coming from. I'm just afraid. Afraid of what...?? Well, I'm afraid of deep water but I'm not near water where I live - I'm just afraid.
I guess I'm getting anxious because no one has called me back to discuss seeing me about doing a past life regression - and it's driving me nuts.
I'm working hard to heal all this doing several things that I've been drawn to.
Thanks for listening... P.S. Even tho I'm afraid of deep water - I LOVE the ocean and I'm drawn to it. Along with dolphins. I would love to swim with them - if I wasn't so afraid of the water LOL.

i'm new here also and can't even do a quote but, i can relate to everything you are saying. there are beautiful dolphin meditations where you connect with them and it's just like being with them. i grew up by the sea, with boats, always swimming in the water as a kid and my parents could not get me out of the water. all of a sudden, later, i became more and more phobic, but still went into the water when i went to Hawaii, Aruba, Miami and California, where i now live, but seriously, that water is dark, deep, scary, rough...what's not to be afraid of it really is scary. i'm afraid to go on boats in the ocean. i believe, if i dove w/the dolphins, we would be safe. first of all, the divers go to the same place all the time, so it would be safe. on another note, just because someone said you have something deep inside that is based on fear, well, you can turn that around and say to yourself, "i am safe. i am surrounded by angels," because you are love and light, dragonfli

Yes, I think plr could help you. You may have drowned in a past life, and once you r aware of what happened, you can move past it. Try meditation and ask your guardian angels to help you release all of the fear that is no longer needed in your life. Visualize it say, as a black energy being sucked out of your body and sent to the white light.
you can also try one of Doreen Virtues books or cd's. I have a cd where Doreen talks and you a past life regression with the angels..nite

oh yes, her cd's are fantastic. get "The Best of Doreen Virtue" 4 cds. it is angel therapy for sure. it's gotten to the point where i simply embrace it: fear of deep scary water that is rough. i now live in California and that's what the Pacific Ocean looks like to me. i even got seasick on a cruise to Mexico. but i am willing to dive if i can manage it (heavy tank and all the rest of it, wetsuit ) to be with the dolphins. they have trained staff so it can't be that scary. yikes, the deep deep water. You and I have a lot in common. I need to share with you what has helped me. My Dr. recommended that I read a book titled "Many Lives, Many Masters" by Brian Weiss. I did. Since then my life has changed dramatically. I contacted Dr. Weis's institute in Miami Florida seeking the names of any therapis who practiced in my area that he'd recommend. They did. I found her ...or she found me....it was meant to be. Now I find you or you found me thanks to this web page.
Hope you find what you are looking for.

| Cool. I will check into that book. I'm on such a fast track here - all these things coming my way! I'm feeling pretty darn good these days. I've been doing reiki every night and using crystals and talking to my angels. I feel they are really helping me. I have never asked for their help til now.

Please tell a little about your angel. How did you first become interested in seeking help from it? How do you go about communicating with it? Does it manifest itself to you? I swear sometimes my life seems like a movie.

whew, kind of a long story... I never thought of angels before until a few weeks or so ago. I had a HUGE wall up. I went to an angel class last night and learned alot about them - I'm glad I went. The lady who ran the class was wonderful and said that unless you ask for help, they just sit and wait patiently unless you are in deep trouble - they will step in then to help you.
I look in my past and can see that. It was my health that prompted me to knock down that wall and start talking to them. I was attuned to REiki one and after that, being on a higher frequency, everything came to the front lines and I was not able to ignore it any longer. I started getting in touch with people in person and found this board for some help. I have been guided FAST but gently with the help of my angels. I truly believe they led me to where I needed to go. I communite to my angel by just talking each day to it - asking for guidance and thanking it each day for everything it does for me. I have never seen it and I don't know its name or really much about it or them. I'm still new to all this.
The lady last night said our angels will manifest themselves in many different ways. And it has happened to me now that I know.
She said sometimes when you're in that sleep/awake stage and you hear your name being called - like in a dream - that is your angel calling you. I've had that happen before - many times.
Another way is orbs of light out of your perphial vision - I've seen those too. Ringing in the ears -- just to name a few. But I've always ignored those little signs. Now, I won't!
One of the ladies doing the class said she has seen Archangel Michael once. Her ex-husband came to her apartment and she thought he had stole her baby. She ran into the apt (as she was down by the pool) and when she got into the baby's room, there was Archangel Michael standing as tall as the room in bright purple with his wings spread over the crib! He protected the baby.

wow u just gave me goose bumps thats incredible.
I have seen Archangel Michael in a dream he was bloody gorgeous lol!!
I see them normally on my right shoulder Archangel Michael meks me blush burning red when he is about lol!!
And i have had all the things you have described my Dad says i have got tinitus!!!
If i have learnt anything from all this angel business is its so exciting and magical and to enjoy every little bit i am not rieki attuned but iam a crystal healer and kinesiologist some of my friends are and i have had Rieki done I think any kind of healing initiation will increase the flow but also bring things up from the past or fear based issues for you to deal with so you can move forward.
My Husband and I have seen a golden Cherub in our house it was tiny and fat i watched it float right out the window most bizarre .... but ultra cool

I think its geat the experineces you are having and i think there will be plenty more to come having a sounding board like this place is great all like minded people trying to move on in this very mixed up world I wish you happiness and great amounts joy on your journey

hi atomic, no i don't know anything about it. some dolphin trilogy manuals speak of a Star and beyond. maybe it mentioned Sirius. funny, i haven't looked at that manual and did yesterday, and you mention this. dolphins, i understand, are highly intelligent beings that can teach us a lot while we are here. hope all is well with you, Atomic. love and light, dragonfli xxxoooxxx

Funny that I came back to this post!!! Is it true that dolphins could have been on Sirius??
Today was a big day for me. I first went to see this person who did an angel card reading and said I am a star person (I knew that before I went in to see her but I didn't tell her anything). I'm so drawn to dolphins.
I also went for a past life regression and it was amazing. That person also told me that I'm a star person. She felt I was from a place called Lumeria and also possible from Sirius. I described a place as my HOME and she said it sounded alot like Lumeria and that I should do some research on it.

Wow thats pretty cool Diana Cooper speaks of Sirius
i had a journey whilst in treatment and they took me to Orions belt or what looked like Orions Belt
There were 3 planets One was Sirius a blue planet one was something else cant remeber and the other was pure white they said nobody knew anything about this planet yet??!!
The dolphins are what we would call H.I higher Intelligence and came here to help heal and educate, getting flashes of colour as am Iam doing this!!

hey atomic..........Lumeria......people from Atlantis got a bit greedy and egotistical...as time went on, if memory serves me...some left and went to Lumeria....where they lived in a 'christlike' non ego way......this I may be messing up...I know that the Atlantians did get full of themselves and that the Lumerians were peaceful etc.....I'm not sure if they were migraters from Atlantis though...but, you get the gist of it....I'm sure someone knows it exactly...if not the truth of it is on her site or another one.......Edgar Cayce has tons of info on Atlantis.......I can remember a life there...and I have always remembered the wall of water that came over and destroyed it......that is VERY clear in my head still...

Atlantis. If only we had its library. So much was lost. Wellllllsupposedly lost. How will we ever know. Sigh.
I have much to learn from you. So I am going to ask. I intend to check out Dr. Doreen Virtue's books. The one that appeals to me is "Angels 101..." What do you recommend. I extend this question to all.
Oh and wouldn't you agree that Dee here is......nice to have around?

Hi all I too had a pst life in Atlantis I was one of the crystal programmers that helped to arrange and place the crystal used around the city
I did a Atlantis meditation and went back there on the back of a dolphin everyone else was on the boat !!
You can get the Atlantis meditation on CD its great it has all the history of Atlantis at the beginning
My feeling is that all the books and info is back in the Hall of Records in Source
Just got a purple flash speaking my TRUTH!!
It fasinates me this subject its abit like a fairytale
I woul;d be interested to know what you find out keep me posted

SIRIUS (Alpha Canis Majoris). From Orion, look south and to the east to find brilliant Sirius, as if one really needs directions to find the brightest star in the sky. Its name comes from the Greek word for "searing" or "scorching," certainly appropriate for a star that shines at the bright end of the "minus-first" (-1.47) magnitude. Sirius is the luminary of the constellation Canis Major, the Greater Dog, which represents Orion's larger hunting dog, and as such is commonly referred to as the "Dog Star." So great is its prominence that it has two "announcer stars" that from the mid- northern hemisphere rise before it, Procyon and Mirzam. Famed from times long past, the first glimpse of Sirius in dawn announced the rising of the Nile in ancient Egypt. (It no longer does because of precession, the 26,000-year wobble of the Earth's axis.) Sirius is also part of a large asterism, the Winter Triangle, the other two stars of which are Betelgeuse in Orion and Procyon in the smaller dog, Canis Minor. Because of its brilliance, Sirius is the champion of all twinklers, the effect caused by variable refraction in the Earth's atmosphere. The star, a white class A (A1) hydrogen-fusing dwarf with a temperature of 9880 Kelvin, is bright in part because it is indeed rather luminous, 26 times more so than the Sun, but mostly because it is nearby, a mere 8.6 light years away, just double that of the closest star to the Earth (Alpha Centauri) and the fifth closest star system. Sirius is "metal rich," its iron content triple that of the Sun, most likely from some sort of elemental diffusion. With a radius of 1.75 solar (in agreement with the measured angular diameter) and a minimum equatorial rotation speed of 16 kilometers per second, Sirius rotates in under 5.5 days. The star's greatest claim to fame may be its dim eighth magnitude (8.44) companion, Sirius B, which is visually nearly 10,000 times fainter than the bright star, Sirius A. Sirius B, however, is actually the hotter of the two, a blue-white 24,800 Kelvin. Though typically separated from each other by a few seconds of arc, Sirius B is terribly difficult to see in the glare of Sirius A. The only way the companion star can be both hot and dim is to be small, only 0.92 the size of Earth, the total luminosity (including its ultraviolet light) just 2.4 percent that of the Sun. The two orbit each other with a 50.1 year period at an average distance of 19.8 Astronomical Units, about Uranus's distance from the Sun, a large orbital eccentricity carrying them from 31.5 AU apart to 8.1 AU and back again. They were closest in 1994 and will be again in 2044, while they will be farthest apart in 2019. From the orbit (and spectroscopic data), we find that Sirius A and B have respective masses of 2.12 and 1.03 times that of the Sun. Sirius B is the chief member of a trio of classic white dwarfs, the others Procyon B and 40 Eridani B. Its high mass and tiny radius lead to an amazing average density of 1.7 metric tons per cubic centimeter, roughly a sugar cube. White dwarfs are the end products of ordinary stars like the Sun, tiny remnants that were once nuclear-fusing cores that have run out of fuel. Most are balls of carbon and oxygen whose fates are merely to cool forever. To have evolved first, Sirius B must once have been more massive and luminous than Sirius A. That its mass is now lower is proof that stars lose considerable mass as they die. Given the 250 million year age of the system, Sirius B may once have been a hot class B3 star that could have contained as much as 6 or 7 solar masses, the star losing over 80 percent of itself back into interstellar space through earlier winds.
