Hello,
I'm new to this board and need help understanding what might be going on in my life. About six months ago, a person I never met passed away. I learned of his death through a mutual acquaintance at the time of his death. When he died, I expressed condolences/sadness for the loss of life (what one would normally do)...but since I didn't know him personally, I didn't feel a sense of loss. About a month ago, things started changing. I began having dreams that I did in fact know him and I began experiencing a deep sense of loss at his death. Through the acquaintance, I've learned that the deceased and I shared many mutual beliefs and interests, similar places we've lived through our lives, even the same countries of origin. It's somewhat uncanny.
Let me say that I'm in my lates 40s, happily married with two children. I'm wondering if anyone could give me some ideas as to what might be happening. Is this some soul mate connection from a past life that I've just become aware of? If so, how and what made it happen a month ago and not immediately after his death? I'm trying to understand and get past it. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Luv and welcome to the board its lovely to have you here.
Well it certainly seems past life and could well be soulmate or it could be part of your soul family either way you remember him from a pastlife.
Or you have a big cord attached to your friend and you are taking on her grief , I did this with my husbands gran I sobbed when she was brought up during a treatment.
But I think it is almost certainly past life stuff .
So you coud go get regressed I dont know where you live but AriesAngel has been regressed many times she would be the one to ask about it , cuttting your cords would be a good one anyway as it will help to release you from the situation.
I have posted a thread somewhere on here on how to cut the cords and either Aries Angel or I can help you to do that.
I hope I have been of some help you feel fairly grounded to me and I am sure you will be able to put it behind you and move on once the solution presents itself.

| Thanks so much for your response. I wasn't sure if this was part of some past life remembrance or an attempt at communication of some sort. Soul mate came to mind as well (which obviously would be part of past life). Thanks again and I'll take a look at your posting.

Welcome Irishlilly,
Your story rings a resonant chord in me. I have learned a lot from Dr. Brian Wies's book "Many Lives Many Masters". It was recommended to me by my physician.
I'd say that you and for that matter all of us need to pay attention to our intuition more. Whenever I do it just adds to the snowball of discovery I am riding on. YAHOOOOO

Paul--Thank you. I'm going to take a look at this book as I've seen in mentioned in other posts on this site.
Faye--I'm new to all of this, so what exactly is a twinflame? I've seen this discussed before, but I wasn't sure of the meaning...hope I don't sound too slow!

your twin flame is he or she who completes you and makes you into a full circle yin and yang they r your life partners for every life my husband is my twin flame although I have met a soul mate with whom I connected very deeply with we r not to be together in this life but were somewhere along the line in the past
I have a strong connection with my hubby we dont need to speak sometimes we just pass info telepathically we just are no fancy words for it we click, a relationship that needs no work after millenia together, like peanut butter and jello lol!!!!
Only us in the phyiscal can have twin flames with each other although one may obviously pass before the other we cannot have twin flames with angels or ascended masters or spirit guides etc... or so I have learned so far
just read that over dont feel like my own words hmmm....

I’d like to provide some answer regarding your problem though I am not from English speaking origin, I am from Philippines and our dialect is Tagalog. So please understand me with my English bended carabao!hehehe
I am sure you are still in first earth where deceiving is severe, the first earth is actually controlled by the silent stupid vibration and we known him as satan.
Past life is not true unless you are already in higher third world where there are really past, present and future life but no feeling of pain but everything is happiness.
This ugly satan can actually manifest as human and the favorite hobbies of this stupid vibration is to give you pain, fear, and to destroy you.
You will have a past life if you are already in higher world. See you there soon!
And in the particular world of beauty soul mates are just friends not husband/wife, no dusty activities there! hehehe
There are actually many mysteries in first earth that an earthlings doesn’t know, believe me I am a friend and I have been there.
