In between the shadows
As sunlight bounces through the clouds
And the moon's distant pull echoes with eternity
Where the embers of new light strike in unison
Set against the day's blue gaze
Endless river of drifting particles
Beside a sing song of mountain flowers
Where sight and smell mingle with the wind's touch
Alas, the light flickers
Sun and sky--dancing
Cloud gliding on the thermals of earth
Circling within the gravity of space
Flickering, bursting with creation
Each day, each unique, each a wonder-walk
Seen when moments merge memories and myths
Looking to the wind and the sun's fresh bouquet
