| i think i can help people get in touch with their past selves i channeled something from a spirit and did a past life regression on my friend she met a woman who told her that she was her. she had a detailed vision about the woman and told me she didn't feel like she was on earth. has anyone else have a similar experience?

wow, no, I would love it is someone could tap into another one of mine...I've tapped into two...and do have some rememberance of Atlantis....the wall of water coming over , not so pleasant...I do have a little fear of being out in the ocean,just a little fear.....I don't swim out too deep...in a boat, a large boat I am ok. I do know a lot of people who live in North America right now were once living in Atlantis...well. got that from a good source...I'd love to know more about my past lives....I've done two regressions...one in France and one as a Native American......in fact my last was Native American. (when I was young and westerns were the popular movies, I would cry when the indians were killed in battle...I felt so bad for them...even at that young age)

Ya!I had a friend regress me and saw that I was a lady in victorian france and a ancient greek woman that lived on the beach. I pretty much finished my past life book and regressed myself and saw that I was a woman in Ireland (not sure of the time period, but their main transportation were horses). I didn't like that regress since I saw that the woman (me) was grabbed and raped by a man in all black  .. It was very interesting still and can't wait to find out more about the rest of my lives!

| thts awful to suffer tht trauma in tht regression! Tht is horrible! my friend had to see one of her friends get hanged in one of her regressions i did to her. some of thm come with traumatic events

I have done past life regressions with people for a few years now with various meditation groups that I have led. You need to or the person leading the regression needs to at some point during the regression say that you are only observing, not experiencing any of the negative things you see.
My favourite type of past live regressions are the ones that happen by accident when you are doing something else. I was in a meditation group and a lot of us were too thrilled with the person leading the group at the time. The host played soft rain music in the back ground. Shortly after the meditation leader started to speak I was led to my very first life in the brazilian rainforest. I was murdered by a rival for my lover who was to become her husband in the tribe. My grandfather was my father in that life and my rival was an ex friend of mine which totally made sense about the way she had acted towards me in the this life. It last the whole time the leader was talking. It was wonderfully vivid and it turned out 2 other people were having past life regressions as well.
