In my "spiritual Journey" I needed to know for my own self if this was for real. I asked God to make me aware of what He wanted me to know and to show me.
Right after that when I was in a relaxed state, it was as if I was watching a movie. I knew the characters in it was not only myself but others that I was connected to presently.
Then I knew it was a past life experience I had and it was for real.
I also was lead to particular books that explained just exactly the confirmation that I needed.
Throughout my life I have experienced many different experiences. Sometime if I was having difficulty with a present relationship I would be sent back to a previous lifetime regarding that relationship.
One in particular time I was presently bothered by lower back pain. Then I was sent back to a time in late 1800's. I was in love with a man and he wanted to marry me. When he came for me my father {who was also my presently father} sent the man away and he beat me across my lower back. That was my introduction to "cell memory" and then realized that we can hold that in our cells. When I released that from the cell memory my back pain disappeared.
I realized just from that one experience how God wanted to bring to me an understanding of how our past lives can play a part to our present day life.
However, whenever I go through a reincarnated experience it was to help me to aid in my spiritual journey of enlightenment. It is important to keep focused on the here and now but at times it may be important for a person to utilize and understand a past life.
Often times others may say it does not exist, but when I go to the Divine Creator and ask to show me personally as He is the Only one who knows my true destiny and what is necessary for my growth.

Hi again Franangel, 7AngelReikiMaster here. I didn't read this before I posted the reply to your prayer process and I told you you had more to offer. How most Blessed you are to have this ability. Yes there are some that don't feel that this is true but no one can tell you or should tell you that what you feel is not true to you. I for one do believe with all my heart and you are absolutely right in that God is the only one that can take you there to find answers. Always keep in White Light of God's Love and trust the answers and learn as much as you can. You are exactly right in the cell memory information as a Licensed Massage Therapist I work with this everyday with my patients but they are not getting it yet hopefully one day they will and I will continue to help them. I would be very interested in some guidance from you if I may ask. Regarding the meditation to take you to the vision of past life for answers. | Hi Fran angel,I would like to say I enjoy your posts and feel a strong feeling of Love when I read them. Food for thought; perhaps there is no such thing as a past life. If we consider that time is not linear but circular all lives we are having are happening right now. So what we do in this life affects all others.So maybe when we have a past life regression it should be called concurrent life regression. This is alot to wrap our minds around but I beleive this is truly what is happening. Blessings, Gary

I wholeheartedly believe this. My sister, after she turned 30, became obsessed with the fear of dying of cancer and leaving her children behind. About a year later she had a dream where her spirit guide showed her her last past life. It was a life where, at 30 years of age, she was raising 3 children on her own and died of cancer when they were still little.
So that made sense of her obsession with cancer in this life at that same age. It also enlightened her on just why in this life she's always thinking she was supposed to have three kids and not two.
But I found that fascinating. Her fear went away after that dream, and I do believe it was a real visitation. (Dream visitations from spirit are not at all uncommon for my sister).

| Hi Kristin, A few weeks ago I went through concurrent life regression and had found out about 4 other lives being a spiritual and religious teacher in all of them.I did this mainly to learn why i was so moved by autobiography of a yogi(Paramahansa Yogananda). It turned out that i was a buddist monk who had did yoga as a spiritual enhancement. I thought that I had been in India in another life.All these regressions seem to help my current life as all i want now is to receive samahdi(self realization), and feel the constant bliss of being in communion with GOD.I hope that all people have this ultimately in their lives,as what greater thing can we do with our lives except devote them to GOD?I have a family and still take care of them but with a focus on the Divine.I get so excited when I feel these blissful feelings(feelings of love) that I just want to share them with everyone.Blessings, Gary

hey gary.....loved the last posting.. i too am a great admirer of the Master Yogananda, I have been at this Self-Realization Fellowship in Mount Washington, Ca.I don't know where you are now, but if you get a chance to see it, you would really feel the whole spiritual side of his teachings....i have been a devotee for about 15yrs, taking his lessons and applying it to my life...it is an awesome experience...I know that when I read your posts, they are so filled with wonder, i hope tha someday i will be able to write as you...right now.. i write from the heart...love and light(3x)...woody

| Hi Woody, I am also a member of SRF. I have not started my first lesson yet but am presently waiting on it through the mail.I am also interested in teaching Kriya yoga but SRF will only allow this if you live in the ashram so I have been checking out Marshall Govindrin in Quebec and will probably go there for Kriya initiation. I have been working on the 18 postures for the last few months with the hardest being the lotus position.Being 50 has not been kind to my hip flexibility so I work on it every day and night and hopefully by Christmas will be able to sit comfortably in lotus.Check out this website babaji.ca. It is most interesting and someday want to make the pilgrimage to India.I have seen the lotus flower once in meditation which i think is a symbol of Babaji.I am from Wisconsin.Writing from the heart and doing everything from the heart is the way life should be.What is amazing to me is when in meditation speaking with GOD He comes through as your own voice, but I suppose why not as we are all aspects and children of GOD so I believe we are one with HIM. Through the eyes of a child .I will always be just a 50 year old child who is simply amazed at the connection with God that we were never taught totally in our churches.Although all religions to me are rivers that flow into the ocean of GOD.
