When we have the courage to accept ourselves then I feel you can truly be happy...

Yes, I've been in deep heavy duty spiritual life for 25 years, very rigid and yet very light....

I am now entering into a solo period of growth, yet also learning to live in the world sharing this abundant gift in new ways unimaginable.

Life is very precious and very simple and sublimely complex and it expands and opens everyday inside my heart.

I only have love to share. Love is the greatest healer. It's as free as air.

I am drinking from the fountain of love's elixir and the taste is so sweet and the juice of my beloved is intoxicating....I am getting drunk just speaking of my lover.
