I know that when I was young I would get reoccuring nightmares...some where really horrifying...this is what I know helps when you ever do come across a nightmare...

1. Try to focus on what its about...is it trying to tell you something?

Example and explaination: The ones that give you the feeling that you are being chased can be interpreted as some physical event or thought that you are trying to avoid in your waking life...remember these are just repressed emotions and try to detach yourself from the situation by telling yourself...hold on..what is this dream trying to tell me...and so forth.

2.  Remember these nightmares are just that nightmares meaning they are just repressed negetive emotions that can only be released when you are asleep...

Example and explaination: In your dream you are in a garden. we will say in the 1930's flowers all around...you are with your significant other and you have a really bad arguement and you start feeling the pain as if you were awake as if it was very real...go ahead and cry it out as you sleep but also try to keep telling yourself that these feelings will go away and that you will heal from this...


3. If something is truly terrifying you:.turn around and face it and ask it what it wants..

Example and explaination: Say someone is coming at you with a knife in your dream...you are scared yes...but have you truly ever wondered why they are trying to harm you? Have you asked the individual in your dream? If not..just turn around and say boldly, What do you want and why are you trying to harm me...This will catch them off guard and will either give you an explaination or they will disappear...remember you are safe in your dreams and you have your guides keeping a close watch over you..you are safe even in your nightmares..

4. If something is truly terrifying you option 2: Think of your happiest memory and divert your attention to that when you are having a nightmare..

Example and explaination: You are a child playing with your toys and all of a sudden a giant elephant comes towards you which terrifies you...what you will do is instantly think about the time when you were looking for stones in a nearby lake or watching a tiny brook flow by as you stand in the nearby stream...or you are in your favourite museam looking at priceless painting...its up to you and there is no limit to what you can fathom...this will help train your mind that any nightmare you may ever encounter isn't a sign that you willl die in your sleep or in real life or so on...nightmares can simply just be that nightmares...its normal and above all its safe...you will always be well protected and any species isn't immune to having them..

try to remember, our dreams are there for a reason......they are giving us information on either a physical, spiritual, or emotional level........not to be disregarded...and not to be taken face value either..........apply what you see in a log....and keep asking angels to give you help with them.........listen....you will see a pattern begin to unfold...dreams are tricky...but not evil..........

each scenario that I have depicted is a remedy in case one option doesn't work...not all nightmares have a meaning as I have said and Micah'el has told me time and time again sometimes nightmares are just that nightmares, in other words nothing to worry about or dwell upon..
