Hellooooo!!
Hey guys I have some questions regarding the Flower of Life.....The other day I saw it with my third eye..I was just hanging out outside and suddenly I started seen grids forming the figure-I need to mention that probably I've seen the figure before but never knew its association with anything or even that it was called the Flower of life-. At the moment I just thought it was pretty cool and interesting ,but never associated with anything, until yesterday, when by accident I found a book with this figure on its front cover and with the title of Flower of Life. Of course I had to do my research and now I understand its link to spirituality and religion. Now this is where I need you..Can you guys help me understand in a less complex way what does it mean?

Hi Cutemexgal!
You know, I was just painting flowers this afternoon and this evening. (Ayho! Nothing is a coincidence in this world- all is connected as we are connected, you and I).
Well, what does the book say? Did you read it?
You see, I spent the afternoon in the garden today and picked a fallen petal from a rose, and that got me into painting the roses in my Aunt's garden.
I named my painting "Mandala of the Rose" - I know nothing of the mandala, except that it is very useful for healing. You contemplate on it and figure out on your own what it means to you.
The figure you have posted here very much looks like a mandala.
Now, why did I name my painting "Mandala of the Rose"? It's because I realized each petal forms a simple structure- perfectly aligned with one another, each contributing to the beauty of the rose- even if the petal has some sort of insect bite or something, when you see the wholeness of it, it still is beautiful. If one petal falls, it's okay... It's meant to fall because in time, all of it will, only to give way to a new bud, a new rose... Again, a perfect creation. You might also want to note the continuity in the image... Again, the circle of life. The cycle that the end is a beginning, the beginning is the end, what has died is reborn again. (I now think I should study the mandala!)
Perhaps, when your Spirit showed you this figure, it calls for you to contemplate on your flower of life- what makes you whole, what this mandala image stands for you- the perfection that you are. When you first look at it, everything would seem too complex! And yet, as I have seen this afternoon, it's the simplicity of the formation of the petals - they are connected to each other (as we are connected to one another), that I find the simplicity in this image you have shared with us.
You do not need to read books to find this kind of information, because I think your wonderful Spirit has already given you what you need to know.
Your personal flower of life has shown itself to you... Blessed be you and me and everyone in this world! For in your discovery, you discovered another truth that has been veiled for many centuries now.
Indeed, we need to celebrate!!!

I didn't have a chance to read it Faye! They were almost closing, but now I do know it was something sent by my guides/Angels...So know I'm trying to google it and find more info....
It's funny cause once I when I saw atomic's avatar sort of remind me of the same image even though they have different shapes...

Hey cutemexgal there is the book flower of life I have read it its all about sacred geomatrey or Psychic geomatrey dont thik ive spelt that right !!!
Anyhoo the book is very full on and there is another book by the same auther about the merkhba
sacred heart energy how to use your heart energy its also like a grid
I am sure if you google it there will be a website or look on amazon
you should digest the book on the flower of life though as its far to complex to explain it had my head bent thats for sure !!!!!!
One thing to remember is that there is geomatrey in everything the ratio of our bodies for starters the ratio of snowflakes and there many sides they are all based on sacred geomatrey

bizarre anyhoo the author is Drunvalo Milcheizadek you may have to check the spelling on that as I am not the best with spelling on a computer !!!!!! hope there is some info on there for you xxxxxx
Both books are worth a read
The flower of life and the merkhba cant think of its proper title !!
it tells you quite abit about telepathy too some true stories about people all over the world.

thanks so much.........Also...I've been in and around the "Flower of Life" site in the past and it is also very interesting.........I keep seeing idea for quilts of all things when I see some of the geometrics! ....any artists out there? want to paint embellish and sell?........endless possibilities!

Without doing any research on this, what I managed to find/see in order of how I realized it:
First i just saw the branching ovals, but this was before I used my eye.
Second I noticed the circles and how they interlope and connect.
Third I noticed the center of the diagram and how it too has interloping circles which led me to question their design.
Last, what I saw is it seems to me to be the star of david, made with cirlces repeating. a triangle of three circles, on top of another triangle of 3 circles. Than these stars just interloping.
After doing some research I was thrilled to see the star of david mentioned.
After a little more research, I found that this shape is oftentimes referred to as a seed. To bring that further, when brought into 3d using spheres instead of circles, one creates a shape known as teh egg of life, and within it, one creates the Star Tetrahedron. Star of David.........very important stuff.......digging into it you'll see what I mean.....I make quilts with the star of David pattern......would love to do a 'flower of life' but can you imagine how hard that would be! YIKES
