August 30th 2003, I had my reiki masters attunement in Dunwich Woods.
The following day I was still receiving training.
I lived just round the corner from my RM and had gone home to fetch my camera. No one was home.
It was a hot August day, a Sunday. I felt the need to walk down my garden.
We had a long garden 123ft. High hedges all around.
At hte bottom was an arbor seat.
I sat there.
Suddenly all was quiet, no birds, lawnmowers, traffic, all gone.
I felt a presence beside me, I turned my head and standing there was Mother Mary. Pure white, glowing.
I could not see through her and the light didn't hurt my eyes.
I don't know how long the vision lasted, I sat there, feeling her presence, her calmness, her gentle love, then sound came back to the world and it was over.
I got up and a white butterfly danced in front of me all the way up to the back door. I went through the bungalow and out the front door and it was waiting for me.
It flew just in front of me to the corner of the road, then flew away.

damn I wish these things would happen to me!!!!!
I'm going to have to have a talk with someone up stairs I guess!

I love Mama Mary!!! She's always been there for me!
I wish I could see her as you did though! It would really be incredible!

When I was having radiation treatments for BC...every day for 36 days....I felt very alone in that big room....Mother Mary would come to me; I could always feel her presence. It was very comforting and calming...I have felt close to her since then..
I have never had a vision though. That must have been amazing.
