YES, PAUL,Hi ~!!
I too agree to the transformation of our awakening, there are discomforts~ & painful ones most irritable~
fatigue ~lack of energy~ sleep~ nervousnesS~ anxiety~ doubt ~ fears~ some of these energy changes which I experienced in the last few months~~~
seems like we try our best to r id these negative energies~~ but to only have to face them again ~ with the higher energies coming in & emering~
kinda like a slap in the face HUH 
A CATCH 22 DAMNED IF WE DO DAMNED IF WE DON'T~~
& I wonder for the masses who are still stuck in their earth's karmic strangulation~ & I wonder how they will survive it~ ??
I have experienced & i have survived~ but i knew that in all of my discomforts That i had help from my angels~~

I think there will be a certain amount of discomfort as we start to get rid of the stuff that no longer is of any use to us or doesnt resonate with our vibration anymore as it starts to highten.
I too cant wiat till everyone is in the know what a fab day that will be xxxxxxxxxxxx

first off my son is off ALL meds and has not had a seizure in over 2 years !! Yay !!!!!! I have not seen or heard from my son's Joy Guide, Annabelle in over 2 years !!
Wow so much has happened. Last summer I had a wonderful "teaching" guide to me. His name was Michael, he was so wonderful. He reminded me of James Dean, that same swagger, leather jacket, devil may care look, he was so much fun. However, Michael's time with me was very brief. He left on my birthday last summer.
That same summer another guide came to me, a drunken Irish Poet, I know its a bit odd, especially him being a drunk, but he did teach me a lot and I miss John. He use to do Automatic writing through me and said a lot of off the wall things! Nothing too bad though. His poetry was really nice. Not sure if I still have any of the ones he wrote through me.
My main guide, Matthew, did not approve of John or of Michael and was quite happy of their departure.
I also discovered I have a lot of fae around me. They are amazing! They helped me twice rid a very negative energy that has housed itself in hour home. It was actually here before we moved in. I have managed to rid it if only temporary. Its been a difficult year living in our newish rental home. A struggle to say the least. 2 dogs were killed y the negative energy and 1 was terrified by it. I've seen this neagtive energy twice. Its a huge dark mass, very tall and angry wearing of all things a very tall hat. I think he was also caring a bible. Not sure.
Living here started all the visions of dead children. Wanting me to free them. I called upon Mother Mary and ArchAngel Michael to rescue these poor lost souls and they were able to rescue a number of them. It was so amazing and the air and everything here felt so much freer. I still have visions of the children. One boy in perticular, he won't cross over.
