I don't know where to start...
A lot of things are happening.
Today has been a marvelous day for me because I saw a lot of things on the clouds/skies again. (I sure wish I had a new camera already!) I'll probably write about it here later... when I get this prayer requests first.
My Tita Nina, a friend of my aunt and uncle, passed away this afternoon. We all knew it was coming. They said their goodbyes to her last night when they visited her at the hospital. I've only been with her several times, mostly on gatherings of the university alumni we belong to or the fraternity my uncle belongs to (she is the wife of his brod). It seemed just yesterday I was giving her a hug while on my Halloween cat costume (which was last year).
Also...
My uncle in the Philippines, my mom's younger brother... Is sick.
We still don't know if it's cancer. We're waiting for the news from my family.
So... I'm asking for prayers of comfort... Not just for me, but for everyone in Tita Nina's family and circle of friends, as well as my own family back home.
The news of Tita Nina's passing has somehow tainted my enthusiasm over what I've seen in the clouds and skies today. I'll try though...
Thank you so much!
I know many of us here are undergoing a lot of things too. And I'm really blessed to know we're all holding on.
Much love,
Faye

Faye,
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. All my prayers and love go with you.Holding on is the most we can do.We need to be strong for our families. They also are very strong for us.Many times my son asked me how I did it with raising him and working like crazy.I told him I just did what I had to do and took one day at a time.See thats the key.If we start worrying about tomorrow we lose sight of what needs to be done today. So I have learned worry about today today and take care of tomorrow when it gets here. Please dont let her passing taint your enthusiasm.I am sure she would not want that for you.She is at peace now.You can still talk and visit with her.I talk to my mom everyday and she does visit me while I am sleeping. My father always said he would not live to see be 80.He died the day before his 80th birthday.Anyway he is with my mom and his brother and sisters and father.Listen hon you hang in there.Much love to you.
