i have recently been to the doctors and was told i have a hitaus hernea....
i cant eat, i cant sleep, i am always in pain, i am on 12 tablets a day...
all this cause it took so long for me to find out i had this... if i cant control this then i might have to get an operation... this will mean breaking my ribs to get to the hernea or the will do keyhole surgery which will be so close to my heart that it could hit it... im just a tad scared to say the least..
i need help and support which im getting from my mother, she is being so understanding but sometimes she craics up with me when i dont eat i dont think she understands about it fully.. sometimes i just cant eat it hurts to much...
anyone out will to lend a healing hand... i would be really greatfull...

hello Artash, it does sound a little daunting for you but no worries my friend lots of healing hands here to support you whatever happens.
Ive just returned from a most wonderful time spent in the emerald isle i stayed at wexford and went to the waterford crystal tour very impressed there.
a fanastic welcome from the gentle people there, i even managed to attend a servce sunday and took holy communion in a very old church in wexford.
I will certainly be returning to ireland soon. Im sending you much golden healing rays and love from here in the little valley where i live and try not to worry too much all will be well, peace and harmony, soraya

I prayed 4 u and felt your fear. Please remain hopeful, as where you focus is what is attracted to you. Use positive affirmations such as I am healing now, and getting better every day. Close your eyes and imagine being 'one' with God. I've found that when you feel pain it comes more from your ego, so let your spirit connect with God. Hope this helps you. Angels are with you, dear.

Hi Artash
I have Crohns Disease and suffered for years if there is anything i have learnt is this what is it i am supposed to learn from this ??
take your time over it with complete positivity what emtion have i held onto what trauma have i had that i didnt deal with what relationship went wrong that i dint let go ??
we all know that there is an emotional reason for our DIS EASE
For me my operation was just the beginning for me cause i surrendered doesnt matter what they take from you it still exists on the spiritual thats why people talk of phantom feelings in thier body
Have you read The Journey ??
This book will gie you an insight into what the human body can indure and what we can cope with which is a hell of a lot more than we think it also has exercise at the back with is a journey in itself
or you could just tune in and ask the angels to fix u bring in the light my friend they are sitting waiting for u just to ask its there job

thank you so much.. i do feel better and i am bringing myself around to the idea of what i am going to be going through and the changes i am going to have to make.. if i dont make these changes then i will put my own life in danger... people dont see how bad a hernia can actually effect your life.. again i thank you. and shall return the favour...

thank you soo much.... i feel that you were ment to tell me your story, i dont know why but your life is ment to help mine... and i think it will... i feel more confident... yesterday as i walked home from work i was kinda thinking to the angels do i have your help, are you even listening.. and so on. then i looked down and there was a lil white feather on the ground... i know they will help but i know i have to let them help...
i think i shall do my angel cards tonight and see if i can get more information. and i feel proud of you (even if i dont know you) but i do feel that you will help more than just me and thats the reason you have been put through so much, so were strong enough to deal with your Crohns Disease and use it to help other... thank you...
i hope that someday i can return the favour to you..

Hi luv thanks for your kind words i know it sounds like I have made it sound very easy.... it really wasnt !!
But looking back I have gained such clarity that its bygones
I think u need more laughter in your life !!
You need a good old chorttle at something hilarious like Evan Almighty the Movie
its great u may have already seen it.
Or dare youself to something wild and random at least once a week just for the hell of it
Grab the bull by the horns r u a Taurus hmmmm...
And take back the control from your body dont let it rule u , u r in charge and u are also in charge when it comes to seeing the doctor
Allergy and Intollerance Testing would also be good diet is great starting point for these kind of things you may have a real bad intollerance that sets u off
Im allergic to household bleach never knew and all sorts things u wouldnt even think mattered like polish perfume preservatives pestacides u name it could be anything
I have a feeling u r gonna walk away from this a bigger and better person once u have tackled it and u will and u have positive affermations I am Happy Iam Healthy I am rich if u like lol !!!!!

thank you kindly... i will take on all that you have said... and no im aries... born in april...
i have started doing new things recently, i have started the gym to help bring my confidence back up.. i have started to not worry about the bad things in life and get on with the good.... i also have tried to stay positive...
there is the main thing that has put me down recently and that is work.. its really been getting me down, im stressed with it, so much has been happening that is getting to a stage that i want to leave me work.... but the only thing keeping me there is my friends i know that if i move on i will make new friends but i dont want to.. i enjoy the people i work with but some people in here are just making my life hell... i know that everything happens for a reason so what happens happens..

Hi luv you certainly feel lighter i have had a truely shite day scuse my french
I run my own Hair Beauty & Holistic Salon it has been a struggle as I have done it all from scratch.
The shop is fine it runs itself but as like you its the people the staff r so quick to stab you in the back I get walked al over becasue of my kind nature.
I truely believe though you shouldnt have to get angry but hey we both know ya stress starts in ya tum and your degestive system so I am taking extremely deep breaths
Chin up I reckon you r on the up xxx

Dearest Artash, I am so sorry to hear you have been worried, sick and suffering . I just saw this thread . sending reiki healing to you now. asking AA Michael to come down with his blue ray and restore you to perfect health. also asking M/F God to send extra angels to surround you and comfort you so that you are safe and they work on you while you sleep right now. asking AA Michael to cut the cords to past and present suffering. thank you. amen. i fell asleep last night with the feeling of the angels resting beside me.. i could feel the energy of healing and guidence surrounding me... i guess this was from you... i thank you sooo much and i am glad that you have sent me this wonderful gift of healing... and i shall return the favour if it is ever needed... all you will have to do is ask me i am always here to help you and anyone else that needs it...

A combustible situation which can only bring about more light and so it goes. YUP.
We all have peaks and valleys. I sure have. In the little time that it has taken to read your post and the replies (mine included) I find that you have brought light to my day. Thank you for being who you are. May your path be littered with love.

your friend Artash DDear Artash, I'm typing in violet, for healing. AA Michael is the archangel to call on. In an instant, he is by your right arm/shoulder, just by calling him to your side. You will feel his energy. He comes down, with his sword and Band of Mercy in a blue ray of healing light. Just close your eyes and think of him and he will be there in an instant. It feels different, the right side where your arm/shoulder is. You will know he is there. What he does: "restores health to perfect condition." Maybe you have a gemstone, such as amethyst or another healing stone you can use, to assist in visualizing AA Michael.
