Hey all,
As a number of us here have CFS and/or Fibromyalgia, or other chronic illnesses, I thought this would be of interest. I started reading about different types of reiki and came across this.
It's for free attunements that you can do yourself. The two together are supposed to be quite good for chronic illnesses.

So if you don't have the time or the money or are otherwise unable to go to a reiki class, or if you already do reiki and want to add something more, you may want to try it.

| The book I got about crystals is called crystals by Jennie Harding it's very informative for anyone that's interested I never knew what they all could do. Interesting and amazing. dana
