I did some major chakra balancing and clearing, and now I have sorethroat and about to come down with a cold.
I hope anyone can send some reiki healing to help me beat out the aftershocks of my chakra healing. I can't get sick now especially since school is very busy.

Sure will send some reiki Faye. This 'cold' you feel is coming on is so typical. You know when I receive 'attunements' it is very common to feel quite ill while the body clears itself of the toxins. It must have been a while since doing a chakra clearing for you? I don't have issues with chakra clearing.......but I do it almost every day anyway.........also, while in the shower, at the end of the shower, turn the water to a soft cool temperature and let it run over you, as it does imagine your aura clearing....getting brighter and stronger.....this helps us to be free from attack, so to speak...like if someone was angry and were to yell at you or attack you verbally...this keeps the 'attacking' words from damaging you and the aura itself....gives us a stronger shield....just one more of those handy little precautions before we step out and experience our day!
so, I was just going to go meditate and do my daily 'reiki' treatment on myself...will do one for you as well..............AND, Maureen, you are still in my sessions hon!!!!!!

Thanks Dee! Somehow I thought about that "turn the water to a soft cool temperature" days ago and have been doing it since.
We did a cord-cutting as well during the chakra healing and was able to release more things that weighed me down. I've emotionally invested too much - gotta unload! LOL.

Hi Faye and Maureen, I am always thinking of you guys and never forget you in my Prayers please know that...one more thing to add to help with the clearing effects you may find yourself going thru is to visualize the color purple anytime you can during the day, wear purple, eat purple food, and use Lavender essential oil...Amythist crystals are for Healing so you can make an elixir of this or wear the crystal or you can come up with ways that feel comfortable for you to use...just suggestions but I know they work for me and others...I hope this helps...Blessings to you both...Love and Light,
