James has a swollen left foot meaning he cannot walk.
This foot was injured in a car accident where the other vehicle crossed the road and hit into his vehicle.
dear cph..............I do hope James is seeing someone about this swelling??? If not, he should be...there could be a fracture....or worse.......icing this area will help with the swelling...but it is always a good idea to check into these things...x-rays.....Dr.'s....he shouldn't let it go....
