Rei-Ki Means "Universal Life Force Energy" .This energy is the vital force, which permeates in all the things present in the Universe. It is used to heal mind,body spirit I'm still learning myself very intreging.

Reiki could also be explained as "chi" to those people familiar with feng shui or asian studies..."Prana" to people who are into things India and "God's Love" to others. When you are attuned to this energy you are connecting yourself to whoever performed the attunement, who is is connected to whoever attuned them, ect.ect... you become part of the chain, kind of like holding hands. Your healing abilities will increase the more often you use it and everytime you do use it the healing energy goes through your body first, also healing you. It is said that its better to find a teacher who can attune you face to face, for an exchange or money or something...but, I think if someone has the will to use reiki that is wonderful and fills our earth with more light and love! I myself was attuned face to face, but, my friends and family have used this site and they have benefited greatly on many levels. Just beware that they attune you to a 3rd degree all at once, which may be pretty heavy depending upon how much baggage needs to clear from your being. Peace & Love
