Oprah Winfrey is an inspiration to me. She keeps a daily journal in which she writes the 5 things she is most grateful for.
So today I am grateful for the following 5 things.
1. The unconditional love of my cats Elly, Sebastian and Bella. They love me for exactly who I am warts and all. They make me laugh with their antics. I've been sick recently and all three of them have never left my side, which is so comforting. They give me kisses with their cute sandpaper tongues. They are truly a gift from God.
2. The freedom to live my authentic life. I am truly blessed to be such a free spirit. I can do whatever I want when I want to do it. Being able to live my life on my terms is truly amazing and I thank God, my angels and spirit guides.
3. My health. Even though I am recovering from a cold I am still very lucky that I am blessed with overall good health. I also have all my fingers, toes, limbs. I can walk, I can skip, I can run. Also, I am pain free which is a blessing as well.
4. My relationship with God and my angels. I consider myself a "spiritual" person so for me God is a divine being of love and light. He created our world and everyone within it. He loves and accepts everyone for exactly who they are. All he asks is that we love one another the way he loves us. My angels Samuel and Angela have been with me since birth and guide and protect me on the earth plain. I can talk with them 24/7 - 365. They are truly amazing and I just want to say "Thank You and I Love You" to my angels.
5. All my financial abundance. They say ask and ye shall receive and the universe has shown me time and time again that the law of attraction does indeed exist and that we are all capable of manifesting our hearts desire. I have been so blessed with financial abundance and I am truly grateful for the gifts I have received. Thank You God, Thank You Universe, Thank You angels.

I am thankful today because:
1. My husband had hip replacement surgery this morning..I just returned home from the hospital and all is well. He will begin therapy tomorrow. I am so thankful to have such a wonderful husband. We just celebrated our 4th anniversary.
2. I have a wonderful family-parents, children, and 5 grandchildren.
3. I am healthy. I had breast cancer 3 years ago, and I'm well and happy today.
4.I have come to know a wonderful relationship with my angels ...I know that Jesus and the Blessed Mother are with me always also. This is a great source and joy and comfort every day.
5. I have wonderful friends and neighbors...I am so grateful for all of you. You are my angel family....Bless you all.

1. I am grateful for my health
2. Because I am healthy I am able to enjoy my life with my family my 2 wonderful boys and my beautiful Husband
3. I am grateful for having Angels Guides and Teachers in my life they help me grow everyday
4.I am grateful for my sis and my Mam & Dad as they are so supportive in everything I do.
5. I am grateful for my friends , having been bullied through out my school years I have a great group of freinds now some here and some across the pond !!! I am also grateful for my friends in class and for the energy we share every week.

1 I am grateful to God and Angels
2 I am grateful for my all my family
3 I am grateful for my husband having such a good
job and finances always working out.
4 I am grateful that I have a very close family
that always sticks together and shows love.
5 I am grateful for my expanding knowledge of angels
and my family here on the forum....

Today I am grateful for the following five things
1. Banana Cream Pie
2. Driving to work with the top down because the weather is gorgeous
3. Having lunch with my friend Devin, he always makes me laugh when we get together
4. The sound of crickets chirping under my bedroom window at night
5. All my friends on this board, I love chatting with all of you on a daily basis

1.Chinese chicken and seaweed with sweet and sour sauce and rice drool like homer simpson
2.all my clients and staff they r fab
3.chocolate buscuits , friendly shop assistants
4. royal mail for delivering someones package safely by air
5. all my hommies and family

Today I am grateful for:
1. My husband is doing well today-walked up a flight of stairs.
2.My mother found a good doctor.
3.No panic attacks.
4. My retirement; I can stay home and take care of my family.
5.Chinese food and coconut meringue pie.

I am grateful now and always for:
1. That I have CFS because it taught me endurance and many more things, so it's cool…
2. For my wonderful, amazing angel friends here. 
3. For my family, animals included. 
4. For imagination 
5. For the most cherished memories of my recently departed: Kathy, Sunday, James and Squeaky

1. For new staff that are behaving and lovely clients
2. For chinese food yummy
3. for my comfy bed its a haven !!!
4. for friends and family
5. for God giving us hot water and a bath to soak my aching bones x

1. Husband is home from the hospital; he nogotiated the stairs well.
2. My angels are with me.
3. My friends here; you mean so much to me.
4. Family;;;mom, dad, children, grandchildren
5. My comfy bed and air conditioning

I am grateful for...
1. being able to feel the ground beneath my feet, i especially like walking barefoot in the grass when it's been raining, i love the smell of the air just after it's rained too...
2. my hearing. i've listed to so much heavenly beautiful inspiring music today, and many wise words, and the olympic commentary!
3. my body. each perfect cell that makes it, i'm grateful to it for having been a safe place for my son to grow.. i'm grateful to my legs for carrying me each day one step further down my path....
4. i'm grateful for having clean water to drink every day.
5. i'm grateful to all the wonderful souls i have the fortune to have in my life, and my angels of course!

Today I am grateful for:
1. This website and my friends here. I was upset this weekend because I thought it was gone forever.
2. My family. My husband is recuperating well.
3. Freedom to find my way in this part of my life.
4. Beautiful weather that is beginning to feel like fall, my favorite season.
5. My angels , the blessed Mother, and Jesus, who are always with me.

3. The NHS for fitting me in today and getting my results by the end of today can you believe it thanks Angels
4. Pyjamas they bring such comfort

1. God: Thanx for guiding me back to YOU!! You Rock!! I LoVe U!!! U kNOw it!!
2. Angels: You know U have a HUGE plate with me, thanx for putting up with all my stuff and being my support system!!! I LoVe U!! and U Know it 2!!
3. For my family and friends: Thanx God I choose to live with you in this life time and be aware of it!!
4.For all the children around the world: They make my day!!! Always!!!
5.But not least, to my husband: I know we were meant to be together, I know, because I prayed for you to be a part of my life!!! L.V.U.!!

3. Obediant staff with whom I can have a laugh
4. Coca Cola for giving me the pick me up I needed at 4 o clock snooze time this afternoon

Today I am grateful for:
1. My husband's progress in recovering from surgery; my mother is feeling a bit better.
2. Sleep and hot baths.
3. Lovely cool fall weather.
4. Some activity in selling this house and finding the perfect new place.
5. The knowledge from my angels that everything is falling into place.
