I am grateful for the fact that this morning I woke up pain and ailment free.I awoke knowing of gods love for me and that is what has always carried me through.I pray every person I come in contact with today knows the good news of gods love for them.I want to share this with 2 people today and they will tell 2 friends and they will tell 2 friends.Hey it worked for the shampoo commercial years ago.Remember that one?Anyway before I start babbling I will go.I love ya all.

I forgot to say that I am grateful ole GWB will no longer be in the white house in a few monthes.So long Georgie old boy.I think Mcain picked his running mate for the wrong reasons.I think he knew Obama had an advantage because he is running to be the first black president so he went out and found a female vice president.Either way this will be interesting.I hope I do not offend anyone with my political views.I am not letting race or gender effect my choice.I am voting for who I think will serve us the way we need to be.I want to hear who will start giving vets the benifits they have earned.If I thought one vet or american soldier could be helped by the money I get from disability I would give it all back and I mean that.After all they have and are doing to keep us safe you betcha.
On another note how many folks saw the special abc aired about cancer last week?It was an hr long telethon to benifit of course cancer research. I cried all the way through.It was so touching.I have had many many people I love get cancer and almost all have died as a result.I have said this before everyone,get your regular exams.Ladies get paps and mammograms.Guys get prostate and colonoscopies.Also women need to have colonoscopies.Ask questions of your drs during those visits.Get informed.Advocate for your self.Ok soap box put away again.

don't worry about offending someone....we are able to speak our thoughts here...It IS going to be interesting that's for sure...Many believe Obama is the one who is going to bring forth many changes.....time will tell....some believe he is the one chosen to bring it all about...that he is suppose to be the president when this global...ascension etc comes.....we shall see....this country needs to see someone who will make them feel safer etc...and have a leader of this country we can trust...I put my faith and trust in God/Jesus first.....and I also pray Obama IS suppose to be the one we can look up to at this critical time of our world change....again time will tell.....
The cancer special last week was SO intense....It brought in SO much money...I was shocked and happy to see the responses to the plea....it shows just how wonderful this human race really is....and that when push comes to shove...we are all here for each other. that's a positive!the time will come when illness will no longer be...

What a powerful statement that you've made. If you are sincere about helping out an american soldier, than there are quite a few military charities you can donate money too which would assist both soldiers and their families.

In class last night we were told about the emotional reasons for cancer and it makes sense really.
Intense Anger and or Betrayal refusal to let the feelings go.
The Cancer cell also refuses to let go and so does not,hence it keeps growing and growing as do the emotions connected.
As far as children are concerned this maybe pastlife issues or living in a Angry house and feel betrayed by thier parents.
I hope this has caused no offense to anyone here I feel it makes sense as both Emotions are such a waste of energy as we all know
For every physical problem there is an emotional reason behind it

1. My boys who are such a joy ( that includes my hubby!! )
2. Friends who always have my back that includes you Julie
3. People who I have met on the board and learnt from you have all helped me immensly
4. My house my garden fresh air and financial support in my life Thank you Angels and God
5. Chocolate,potatoe waffles, pepsi , crisps , slippers comfy clothes my health and happyness
P.S Not all the food together obviously that would be wierd and disgusting I feel lol!!!

Thank you for your suggestions how how to help american soldiers.I will be looking into them.As I have said my dad and brothers all served and Joe was a marine as was my sisters husband.Thanks again

Emma I am reading How to Heal your Life by louise l Hay and she has an insert in there that list all kinds of medical problems and the emotions that they are tied to....It is an intersting book telling how to change the way you think and inspire you and how to heal your body...

When I went through both my ARCH and Pranic Healing training my teachers told me the very same thing. Of course many people in class became very upset when my teachers made those declarations. However it is true.
Shirley McClaine has always said that any disease we suffer is self created. Therefore the term dis-ease. Meaning it stems from the dis-ease within ourselves.
Anytime I have become sick or injured I know that I caused it on a metaphysical level. I can trace back to the exact event or circumstance where I created the ailment or injury within myself.
My heart goes out to children with cancer. For years I did not understand why ANY child should have to go through such pain and suffering. Why would God allow this? It just didn't make any sense to me.
Once again my ARCH teacher explained that children who get cancer are sometimes dealing with past life issues or they have chosen it as part of their life lesson to actually help others in their own family deal with issues that help them grow spiritually. I know that doesn't make sense from a logical stand point but it does in the big spiritual picture.
Emma, thank you so much for bringing up this very sensitive subject and sharing the information that you've learned. I just wanted you to know that you are not the only one who has been taught these concepts.

Cool sounds like a god book hunny its amazing really I never would have thought it possible 10 years ago.
I am yet to find the reason for my Crohns Disease although I knew as a child I would be very ill but it gave the push to seek out other methods other than the orthodox and so I suppose it was part of my path.
Its so true what they say where thoughts go energy flows
Cancel all negative thoughts
I do this daily takes alot of practise to stop yourself especially when your having a bad day !!!!

I too believe emotions can cause bad things to happen to our bodies.When we are angry it is usually accompanied by stress and stress causes a hormone called cortisol which causes people to retain body fat which leads to diabetes and heart disease.Also researchers have linked highly stressfull life styles to alzhiemers.The cortisol interuppts the synaposes in the brain killing neurons.Who knows what stress does to other cells.So saying all that yes anger can lead to illness.People can actually make them selves sick with anger and old grudges.I think its just better to let things go.After everything my ex put me and my son through I finally let it all go.I forgave him and wished him well.I sometimes think the hardest people to forgive are our selves.I would often lie awake at night and feel like a horrible person because I felt I was not the best mom or the best daughter.I made alot of mistakes in my youger days.I had people (family) who would bring this up alot.Then one day I was talking to my pastor who was also my friend and he said you want them to forgive you but have you forgiven yourself?I needed to do that first.The past is not something we can change.All we can do is try to make a better tomorrow for our kids and ourselves.If we have learned something hey all the better.

Amen to taht Ellie you r so right self forgiveness is a biggy !!!
We r all way too hard on ourselves and we forget that although we are spirit we r also human and we are here for the human experinece and with that comes the hardships and the disapiontments in life.
But it is very easy to take other peoples issues on as our own I have recently been seeing that in my life
I step back and say hey thats not my stuff and let it go.

I finished 2 semesters of nursing school but had to drop out when I was getting divorced.I could not do it and work enough to support my son.I have really wanted to go back.I am a compassionate person who likes to help others.I tend to get emotionally attached though.As far as military charities there is a marine corp leauge here in my town I think I will ask if I can set something up like donation drive and use there name because I would be representing them and we could collect stuff for care packages for soldiers and thier families.I will have to give this thought Ellie says as she scratches her chin and looks upward.Ok.
