As hard as it is to admit sometimes, I truly am greatful for everything and everyone. I am greatful to the ones that cause me pain for it's through this pain I learn. On that same grounds, I am greatful for the pain I feel, even though it hurts. I am greatful for those that show me love, for through them I am able to survive. I am greatful for the love they show, for through it I stay alive. I am greatful for the ups and downs for they make eachother whole. The downs that make the ups seem upper and teach me what I need to know. the ups that make life feel fuller, and help me shine and glow. Though it's hard to admit, the truth I deep down know, everything is neccessary to live, learn, and grow. Seeing as how I like me no, love for me is what I feel, I am grateful for all that made me this, what I know to be real.
I would add a smilie to this, but even though I am grateful, I am still feeling a lot of pain at the moment. but Hopefully before long I will be smiling again.

It's so true, smiling stimulates our immune systems as well. I think it's great to be a little silly as well, life gets so intense and far too serious for my liking at times. Especially when things start going wrong, ugh!!
I've found letting go of outcomes a major help, sometimes it's the way things are meant to be whether we like it or not, in the sense of others problems. Was always taking on other people's burdens which then prevents them from learning a valuable lesson. Somehow I'd mixed it up as loving them. I can still support but not carry others. It really is a wonderful lesson to learn, smiling as I type this.
