Hi Maureen !!! By what means of travel did you choose car t rain plane or ship !!! & how was your Trip going & coming I hope smooth !!!
lately all this news on Planes Crashing!! they blame the sudden crashes to Micro Light Bursts in the Clouds !!! WTF !!! CRAZY !!!
I already have such an uneasy feel of planes & ships !! & no kind of convincing me will put me on a plane or ship !! Terrible I know!!
Was this a Trip for your knee surgery recovery !!! did you get to have some Good Times in Canada !!!

Goodness Lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnng Drive, i bet you made many pit stops 5500 miles away from home is no picnic !!!!
I remember years ago when my boys were younger Wow I barely made it in one piece when hubby I & our two boys drove from NYC to Florida, I became sick & developed a red itchy skin rash i look like a freak, & i wanted to turn around & come home,
Our ten days was not pleasent it rained everyday & out of the blue horrendous non stop down pours !! What a nightmare !! I HATED IT !!!
We stayed mostly indoors feeling depressed !!! our Trip was to visit with my Aunt & Uncle & his family & in hopes of re locating down Florida, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED !!!
Florida Government on housing & Jobs are one Mixed up Red Tape Stupidity Nonsense !!!
One agency tells us we can't apply for Work unless we have a Home ADDRESS.. fine ..okay DUH ...
THE OTHER SAYS WE CAN'T PUT A DOWN PAYMENT ON A HOME IF WE DON'T HAVE A PLACE OF WORK !!!! SAY WHAT !!!! DUH DUH !!!!!
DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE DUH !!! NOOOOOO
WAS A GOOD THING IN THE END, BECAUSE THE DAYS I WAS IN FLORIDA I WAS
RETAINING BODILY FLUIDS I HAD SWOLLEN SORE FEET AN ANKLES...
I WAS FEELING TERRIBLE .. COMING HOME WAS A BLESSING, IN WHICH IT HELPED US TO SEARCH FOR THIS HOME WE HAVE NOW -- WE LOVE IT -- WOULDN'T TRADE IT -- !!! SO BEAUTIFUL WITH NO SIDE EFFECTS... LOL
OOOH I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO CANADA, BUT MY PARENTS THOUGH AT ONE TIME MADE MANY TRIPS TO VISIT WITH THEIR FRIENDS!!!!!!! ALL GOOD REPORTS AND HAPPY FUN-TIME MEMORIES!!! I MIGHT CONSIDER SOME DAY A TRIP TO CANADA !!!! SEE YOU THERE MAYBE ~~

Amazingly enough, my husband and I are still getting along after that many miles. We travel quite well together. He has slowed down some to my pace....I need to stop occasionally and I also have to eat 3 times a day (at least ) I am trying to do Weight Watchers, and it is a challenge on the road....I did lose 1 pound, which I am thrilled about.

Well that is a blessing that you both can get along so well in your travels & then why shouldn't you get along, why would you argue or be upset with each other,
Anyways amazing how some foods No not all foods just the foods we love & crave so much Yikes LOL keeps us fat ...
I have noticed that if i simply cut back on sugar & sweets & starches (breads) not only do i feel better but the weight drops off with no real effort ... 1 pound is a good deal, just do it again the same way & you'll drop another pound..
