| I hate I hate I hate my self for all that I am All that I was And all thatI am going to be Even Though i don't know how it will all turn out I dan't care I don't want to find out because that means that I will have to live through the constant ridicule of others basically telling me how worthless i am i am just tired of it I don't know how to deal with these feelings because I have no one how cares enough just to help and not to preach and tell me how to live my life[size=18]

 i used to feel that all the time,but i turned my life around by the help of GOD don't let any1 judge you only God can do that no human can. Life is not easy most people often judge and hate others.But, never give up God has his purpose for you you are not worthless....tc

| I use to feel the same way all the time. But if you come to realize that each and every one of us is specail and God made us. I know when you feel down words are just that. Go in a quiet place and sit or lay down. Close your eyes and repeat to yourself, God, please put your loving arms around me. You will feel God's loving arms around you holding you in His arms. | hello, we are never what others say of us my friend, we are always ourSelf. This is why it is vital for us to love ourselves unconditionally, you know your own worth and that is the important thing. Why is it we look for others approval, when we are born perfect? could it be that from the moment we can understand we are told "if your good you can ........ ? Is it any wonder then that we grow up thinking were never good enough and spend the rest of our lives trying to please everybody to "BE GOOD" to be accepted, Self confidence means doing things that make you proud of yourself. Building confidence is not something completed in childhood, sustaining it is a lifelong process. Listen to yourself from the heart spiritually and if you are happy or even if you would like to change something, you are the best person for this not noone else, above all love yourself, life and all creation with unconditional love and the universe will respond by flowing the same beautiful energies to surround you promoting peace and harmony into your life, for you are truly deserving this. Please take every word here to heart as Soraya is truly gifted and knowledged in many ways. All the people here are here for a reason either to ask for help or something in need or to help as best we can to shed light or healing. So you have come here for a reason and please take the advise as help and always choose for yourself what feels right for you. Help is one thing but judging or dictating is not what is needed for anyone so keep light in your heart and take our kind words of help the best you can and always call on God for protection and remember God always loves you no matter what. He is the Almighty and can do anything if you just ask - in His time you will recieve. Look into your heart and find your love of self it is in there. I am sad that you cannot see your inner beauty, look through and around those that spoil your days.
Days are # numbered and critics are wasting too, many of your precious hours.
Train yourself to think differently about their insults and poor advice.
Look to God for comfort and the Professionals if your hurt & pain becomes too much. Take Care.
