| when you are dumped it hurts and is hard to get over. Have you tried getting out and meeting new people or are you mainly staying in? When you drink it may get rid of the feelings for awhile but in the long run it only makes it worse. If you could go anywhere or do anything what would it be? What kind of things do you enjoy or like any hobbies? I enjoy my family, doves,and my dog. I read quit abit and enjoy just getting outdoors and watching the birds , squirrels and the stars at night and the clouds that is very relaxing to me. I also get peace from listening to music. Why don't you go out and eat or do something with some friends? Blessings Dana

Wow lots of questions.
"Getting out and meeting new people" - again, easier said than done. Everyone says "move on", "meet people", etc, but HOW? I can't just go to the People Shop. I do try to go out and do things.
If you could go anywhere or do anything what would it be? Ooh interesting. I'd go on a road trip of America.
What kind of things do i enjoy? Going to the pub, music, eating... reading, sure... hiking, in better weather...

Hi. Thanks again everyone for the kind words.
Since my last post... I met a new girl. I was really happy with her. Been with her for about 6 months. She broke up with me a couple of days ago. I'm pretty crushed. Again.

I haven't cut yet... but I can't sleep, or eat... i JUST want her to change her mind and try to work this out. I don't want to be left on the shelf.

Please do not cut and hurt yourself. I know it is hard breaking up but the right person will come along ask God to find and bring that person into your life. I know sleeping and eating is hard it is a process of saddness and loss but you can and will overcome this. You are a good person. Write down what you want be specific really think and give it to your angels talk to them...I sometimes will write a letter and it helps me to get everything out and think about what I really want I go into details and it is as if someone else takes over at times in my writing....It helps me if you would like to try.
Please Please do not cut....
I am glad you came back to the forum.
You can be strong You can get what you want.
We are all here on the forum for you in any way we can help...My prayers are with you...sending bright white light to surround you...

Wow dana....
your writing !!!! that feeling as if someone else has taken over what you are writing...wonderful...your connection to those angels and guides is becoming clearer...your tapping in etc. They are always there and when we open to them and allow them in they do come with much guidance. I really feel strongly that you may want to do this writing on a daily basis? This may be an avenue you may become stronger in?
A lot of people are guided by writing...this may be how your angels, guides and higher self will speak with you....this is a very strong feeling dana...hhhmmm...give it some serious thought...you may be surprised at what opens up for you!!! (the fact that it is easier for you to get those feelings and thoughts out on paper is great) A great beginning...
I hope you keep it up!!!
Dearest mowtown....I hope you will allow us into your life to give you any moral support and help we can. We really would love to be of some help...no one wants to see you hurting and suffering so.
prayers are coming your way...There IS someone out there for you...but, I think maybe you need to do some 'self' healing before moving forward...we need to be 'whole' and grounded before we bring someone else in to our lives or else the 'baggage' as we call it gets in the middle or in the way of any growth with someone else in our life....You will find that one person perfect for you...please don't give up on yourself....dee

| Thanks for the goodwill dana and dee. I have been ok I guess, been better, been worse. I just want to talk to her and change her mind, I think we can work this out. I am getting old and don't want to be alone anymore. This sucks. All I have been doing recently is just, sleep, work, drink, sleep, etc. I spent 17+ hours a day in bed. I have tried to pray to God... I hope he listens...

dearest mowtown........so so sorry dear...hate seeing you this down...Love is so so powerful and when we lose someone it is the hardest emotionally to deal with! I honestly feel she will not come back...that she doesn't want to fix anything. It's hard to not be able to move on I know that first hand...but...Life 'does' get better...and it sucks so bad when we love someone and they don't love us the same.
Please try mowtown ...please try to gather yourself and give life some time ...and God 'does' listen...but...IF she is not meant to be the one for you HE won't bring her back to you....just think that just maybe there is someone 'even more' wonderful than her in your future!!! Honestly...I've wanted to die before losing someone I loved with more emotion than I ever knew I had or was possible to give...and it 'had' to end....it was NOT going to get better or ever work with us...NO matter how much love was involved....and life did get better...and I'll always have a lot of love in my heart for him...but I now see just how wrong our lives were together.....we have 'very' different paths in this life. and my life was going to go nowhere if I stayed with him....There IS A REASON you two cannot be together...and it 'will' become very clear later but for now I wish you could find the energy to keep on going....Please trust me on this....You DO have a life worth being in...and if you trust me and give it time things will get better. I know how strong that sadness is mowtown...really I do....I wish I could do something for you...seeing you hurting is just awful...As I said, he IS listening...and will help you...it is going to take a little time...and you need to work on your own happiness before he gives you that person...If someone came to you right now you would not be in any 'shape' to even have a relationship??? Work on you...begin to find your happiness without her in the picture...this is the beginning of healing the sadness. Then those good things can manifest for you. Don't let this sadness take over your life. You DO have the power to get better...stronger...
I'd love to send you reiki with prayers...You've got nothing to lose right???
